Ice Breaker:     Share a catchy slogan or appropriate bumper sticker that you like.  Explain why you like it?  Or share one you don’t like and why.

Word:              Exodus 17:8-14

1)   Discuss the purpose of banners or slogans.  How are they used?

2)   Discuss what has been your experience with banners or slogans.  Do they make you rally around the cause? Why or why not?

3)   Moses said, the Lord was his Banner.  Discuss what that meant for him.

4)   Discuss what a church would look like if Jehovah Nissi was true of that church.

5)   Discuss how this cell is doing. Would the Lord recognize that He is our Banner?  Why or why not?

6)   Discuss what the cell can do to rally around the Lord this year.
